Is the Free plan a trial?
No. It is intended to remain free within its capacity limits. You won't be forced to upgrade unless your care network grows beyond the free limits.
Do paid plans unlock extra features?
No. All consumer plans have exactly the same feature set. You upgrade only when you need to manage more families, carers or individuals.
What counts as an invited carer?
This refers to the number of unique members you can invite into the families you manage. Being invited to join someone else's family does not count towards your own plan's limits.
What happens if I need more capacity?
You can move to a higher tier at any time directly through the app settings to instantly increase your limits.
