• Communication Data: Messages and reactions sent within the Care Conversations feature.
• Technical Data: Device model, operating system version, app version, and unique identifiers used for diagnostics and push notifications.

We use the collected data strictly to:

• Facilitate private care coordination within your specific family group.
• Send real-time push notifications for care updates and chat messages.
• Provide customer support and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Improve app performance and stability.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

Your data is private to your family. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• With Family Members: Your care logs, notes, and messages are visible to other authorized members of your family group.
• Service Providers: We use Google Firebase to host our database (Firestore), manage authentication (Firebase Auth), and deliver notifications (FCM). These providers are only authorized to use your information as necessary to provide these services to us.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

4. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard SSL technology and stored securely within Google's Firebase infrastructure. We implement strict access controls to ensure that only authorized family members can access their shared data.

5. Your Rights and Data Control

We believe you should have full control over your data:

• Access and Portability: You can export your entire care history to a CSV file at any time via the Account Settings.
• Rectification: You can update your display name or edit notes on care records within the app.
• Erasure: You can delete individual care records, bulk-delete family history (if you are an admin), or permanently delete your entire account and associated personal data.

6. Children's Privacy

While the app is used to coordinate the care of children, it is intended for use by parents and caregivers aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
